Solar panel tracking system tracks the sunlight throughout the day or season as per technology used and gives 15-20% more efficient output rather a fixed mount system. But in maximum power point tracking charge controller/inverter works in such a fashion so that at that particular condition it can draw maximum watts to charge the battery or power on the load- which gives maximum utilization of your solar array capacity.
